There is no charge to our customers at any stage. We market properties to our member subscribers and in the event of a sale, we receive a fee (paid by the vendor of the property) which is fully disclosed to the purchaser.

We only have relationships with vendors of integrity, who have a proven track record, and whose properties meet our selection criteria. Many developers ask us to represent their properties, but as we have very strict selection criteria we reject most of them as unsuitable for us, and our clients.
